As part of Babcock Education's strategy to improve wellbeing in our workplace, we celebrated National Fitness Day on Wednesday 25th September.

National Fitness Day is a celebration of physical activity and hopes to inspire the nation to move more. Moving is good for your body and mind. But it's difficult to be active when you are sat at your desk all day.

To promote physical activity on the day, Babcock Prime staff were encouraged to partake in Deskercise moves. The 'Deskercise' moves shown in the poster were posed for by Babcock Prime staff.
