The topic
Dr Raine will present and debate the challenges of patient and public involvement in the safety monitoring of medicines.
The question:
How can we make medicines and treatments safer and how patients and the public can help?
Nobody knows more about the 'safety monitoring of medicines' than Dr June Raine, Chair of PRAC, which will start public hearings on the safety of individual medicines later in 2017.
