On 1 June 2020, Network Rail will be moving to a new upgraded eLearning site, which will host 165 online courses, to create a more intuitive and enjoyable learning experience.

The new site will require all users to register so that we can create a profile and give you access. To ensure your transition to the new platform is as smooth as possible, there are some steps you will need to take (see below).

Update your information
Please
complete this short form to update the data we hold for you on our system. This will allow us to create a user profile for you within the new eLearning platform and is critical to ensure you can log onto the new site on 1 June.

Please be aware that if you do not update your data before 22 May it is likely you could face delays in being able to access the site.

Become an 'early adopter'
If members of your organisation are due to complete any eLearning in the coming months, we would like to invite you to become an early adopter of the new eLearning platform. 'Early adopters' will be given a unique link to access the site before its official launch and will be asked to review its functionality to help inform future developments.

'Early adopters' will experience a live site and any eLearning completed week commencing 25 May will be recorded – so it's a great opportunity for learners to preview the site and complete any outstanding courses.

To register your interest, please complete this short form. Registration will close on Friday 22 May.

Complete unfinished eLearning
Any part-completed eLearning will expire on 30 May and will need to be restarted on the new site when it goes live on 1 June. To avoid losing any progress, please finish any part-completed eLearning by 30 May.

If you have any questions, please email us at eLearningadmin@networkrail.co.uk.

Regards,
Network Rail Training
