Advanced Notification of Scheduled Maintenance Works
 
Upgrading of the Sentinel server

What is happening?

We are scheduling a one-hour maintenance upgrade from 12:00 to 13:00 on Wednesday 12th August 2020.

Why are we doing this?

In order to keep the Sentinel system working at peak performance for end users we occasionally need to perform essential maintenance on the system
    How will this work impact you?
    • Sentinel administrators will be unable to log in to the central Sentinel system during the maintenance window.

    • Sentinel workers will be unable to access their record via MySentinel during the maintenance window.
    Action required

    Please log out of the system before 12:00 on Wednesday 12 August. If, in the unlikely situation the works take longer than scheduled, further messages will be sent via e-mail and the banner on the Sentinel website, will also carry updates.
