Webinar: More than meets the pie: Mince Pies Unwrapped
Tuesday 15th December 4:30pm-5:15pm
Mince pies have hit the shelves again and it's Food Scientists that help make this happen. As well as making sure you have good quality, safe and delicious mince pies every year, they're also developing tasty alternatives for those who aren't so keen, and tinkering with the recipe to appeal to gluten free, dairy free and vegan diets.

This short webinar features Food Science professionals, including Andrew Holt, Product Quality Assurance manager from Waitrose, as well as current and recently graduated Food Science students.
