We are still looking for employers to take part in Harborough Jobs Week. If you have upcoming vacancies, get in touch and we will feature them on our website and social media platforms for free during the week.

Small & Medium-sized Enterprise Brexit Support Fund 
Government has announced a £20 million Brexit Support Fund for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). 
The fund will aid small  businesses with changes to trade rules since leaving the EU.

Businesses will be able to apply for a grant of up to £2000 to pay for practical support for importing and exporting.

In order to apply, your business must*
  • be established in the UK
  • have been established for at least 12 months before submitting the application
  • have no more than 500 employees
  • have no more than £100 million turnover
  • import or export goods between Great Britain and the EU, or move goods between Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Free Rapid COVID-19 Testing for businesses
All businesses in England are now able to sign up to the government's free COVID-19 workplace testing programme.

Workplace testing is now available to all businesses, including those with less than 50 employees
Businesses are encouraged to register by 31 March in order to access this free workplace testing.

Regular testing could be the difference between a workplace being able to stay open and operational, or needing to close due to a COVID-19 outbreak.
