Dear stakeholder,

Further to our recent newsletter, we wanted to draw your attention to our September 2021 stakeholder listening exercise which is now open. We're keen to take the opportunity to hear from our stakeholders two years since we first set up our listening exercises to understand your views on our ongoing engagement with you.

Your feedback has been invaluable and we would appreciate your views on our engagement over the past six months to help improve our service going forward.

We would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete the online survey, available by clicking this link. The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete, and will close on Friday 15 October 2021.

Your comments and views will help us shape our communications and engagement activities as we move forward. We're particularly keen to hear how you would like to engage with us as we emerge from the Coronavirus pandemic.

Many thanks, as always, for your continued support, and if we can be of any assistance in the meantime, please do get in touch via SouthernRegionStakeholders@networkrail.co.uk.

Kind regards,

The Southern region stakeholder team

Jonny Nesbitt, Senior Stakeholder Manager, Southern Region: jonathan.nesbitt@networkrail.co.uk
