Apprenticeships are a great way to train up new and existing staff with skills specific to the needs of your organisation. There is government funding available for apprenticeships and an incentive of £3000 if you hire a new apprentice before 30 September 2021.

The Kickstart scheme will fund a placement for your businesses for 25 hours a week, for 6 months. This is a great way to support your business with an additional member of staff, and a brilliant opportunity to help a young person gain valuable work experience.
