Festive Fabuloso coming to East Lindsey this December!

We're delighted to be bringing Festive Fabuloso, a spectacular Christmas celebration, to towns across the district this December.

Festive Fabuloso will see the towns of Alford, Horncastle, Louth, Spilsby, and Wainfleet (which are part of our Vital and Viable programme) brought to life with Christmas cheer as we and our partners, Different Light and Spilsby Sessions House, put on a unique programme of celebrations.

The best part? You can get involved too! Two special templates have been released which we're inviting you to complete. The artwork will then be turned into a short Festive Fabuloso film which will be screened in each of the towns during December.

Be a considerate neighbour this firework season

It's getting to that time to year when you might be thinking of holding a fireworks display. If that's the case, we're asking you to be courteous to your neighbours by making them aware in advance.

Notifying neighbours allows precautions to be taken to protect their animals and plan for vulnerable people who may be distressed by the loud noises caused by fireworks.

Green Homes Grants deadline extended

Property owners in Mablethorpe, Skegness and surrounding villages can now access Green Home Grants until 31 March 2022 after the deadline for applications was recently extended.

However, we only have funding for 300 properties in this area and spaces are filling up fast, so property owners are encouraged to get in touch without delay!
