All dates and times for our upcoming Festive Fabuloso celebrations in Alford, Horncastle, Louth, Spilsby, and Wainfleet have now been confimed!

It all gets underway from Wednesday, December 1st, when over the course of five days the Festive Fabuloso team will be touring the towns with their magical musical machine - which has been specially created using recycled parts of Spilsby Theatre's disused church organ.

They'll then be back in the towns from December 9th, bringing their amazingly unique music machine back for further daytime sessions and a series of Fabuloso evenings.

Funding boost to prevent homelessness for vulnerable renters

The Government recently announced  that an additional £65 million will be made available to support local authorities to help vulnerable households with rent arrears to reduce the risk of them being evicted and becoming homeless.
We were pleased to be allocated  £84,810 and we're now in the process of assessing eligibility criteria in order to support those most at risk.

Have your say on climate strategy consultation

Climate change is at the top of the international agenda, after world leaders met at COP26 earlier this month to discuss the global challenges of tackling the issue.

We're also doing our bit at a local level, as we ask communities in our area to have their say on a new Climate Change Strategy. Find out more about the consultation and take part below.

'Look before you book' this Christmas

With Christmas around the corner, it's time to plan the perfect place to celebrate, so we're encouraging residents to 'look before you book' at food hygiene ratings this year.

Ratings provide  much needed information on hygiene standards at a venue, and checking before heading out for that festive meal can help ensure you have a festive period to remember for all the right reasons!

EDAN Lincs - 16 Days of Actions

From 25th November - 10th December, EDAN Lincs are running a social media campaign and appealing to many different organisations – businesses; schools; community groups as well as individuals, to take some action for EDAN Lincs.

Any action is appreciated - it could be something to help raise funds like a coffee morning, or selling bacon butties in your office. It could be a sponsored event or collection, or even just sharing information and resources in local community areas or in your business.

Any action that you take over the sixteen days to raise donations or to share information will support this national campaign and also have a very real local impact for those in your community who may be suffering the effects of domestic abuse. Even the smallest action can make a difference.

If you are interested please contact fundraising@edanlincs.org.uk
